Solution: Dress modestly and stay away from the guys who have no self control.

How do you suggest I identify and stay away from these guys who have no self control? Because the only way I can see from my experience to do that is never leave my house. Also I can wear whatever the fuck I want and I think expecting that I can walk around outside wearing shorts and a tank top without being constantly harassed is not too much to ask.
